“Before my coaching sessions with Christina, my life was a mess...I learned throughout my sessions that I had cut out all the time in my day that was devoted to my own wellbeing. She made me realize that I put everyone else's needs in front of my own. Although, many moms probably do as well. However, when the glue that holds everything together is falling apart, how does that help everyone who depends on it? She made me realize that it is not selfish of me to carve out some time for myself. In fact, it would be most beneficial to my family if I did so. So that's what we did. We came up with a plan and set small accomplishable goals each week.
Working with Christina was easy, she made each session so comfortable and relaxed. She could tell I was nervous and was quick to ease my mind. She could see it was hard for me to think of myself first and reassured me every step of the way.
